Espadrilles sandals are a warm-weather classic. They are comfortable, lightweight and so easy to style,This open-toe pair is made of beautiful supple black leather and ties around the ankle with black grosgrain ribbons. Wear them with rolled up chinos, shorts or floaty dresses, they look equally beautiful.-Choose between trendy “flatform” thick sole ( 3 cm/1.2" thickness) or classic slim sole (1,5 cm/0.59" thickness) made from natural jute and reinforced with rubber for durability and secure grip.-Comfortable and made with natural materials, perfect for hot weather.-Our espadrilles run true to size, we recommend you buy your normal size. To find your size please consult our size chart on the last photo of the listing (and make sure to check the length from heel to toe).-The soles are made the traditional way in a small factory in Spain and the top is handcrafted by me in my studio.-Avoid contact with water. Please provide the name to be printed on the shoe in the Personalization section of your order. You can also choose to add the wedding date to your shoes (see photos). Whatever is printed on the outside of the left shoe is printed on the inside of the right shoe and vice versa.
ABOUT THE SHOE
These low tops are full canvas, double-sided print with a rounded toe and lace-up closure for a snug, comfortable fit. Eyelets are metal for that classic look. The sneakers feature a soft textile lining with lightweight construction for maximum comfort and high-quality outsole for traction and exceptional durability.
Check the listing photos above for the sizing guide. These shoes are true to size but for the most accurate fit, it is always best to take the length measurement of your bare foot from heel to toe and compare to the sizing chart.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Because this item is made to order, there are no refunds available. All sales are final.
However, if there is a problem or defect in your product, please send me pictures and I will work with the manufacturer to send you a replacement.
Please make sure you check the size guide and take your current measurements before placing an order. However, if your shoes are not the perfect fit when they arrive please contact me for a one-time-only free size exchange (within 2 sizes from original order).
This item is custom printed to order but it is worth the wait! Processing time is 1-2 weeks and you can expect a further 10-15 days for delivery, so you should have your order in 2-4 weeks from order placement. Tracking details will be provided once the item has shipped.
ATTENTION UK CUSTOMERS
Please be aware UK customers may have additional charges for import VAT applied that are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. These charges are determined by your government at the point of entry of your country and are paid to the postal service. They usually total less than US$5 per item, though this is an approximation only. Your package will be held until you make payment and will be destroyed by the postal service if payment is not made in a timely fashion.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email at email@example.com (We will send instructions). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note it normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If one of your items was purchased on back-order, we will ship your order once all the items become available. You may find a pre-order / back-order marker in the description of the product listing and on your order confirmation.
Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please use our shipping times as a guidance, delivery times can vary depending on product location and shipping address. We aim to ship all products within the time frame.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Canadian Customers: If your order is shipping from our U.S. warehouse, it will ship via USPS. Once your package has arrived at the Canadian border it will immediately be handed over to Canada Post who will then be responsible for final mile delivery. You can then take your same USPS tracking number and input it into the Canada Post website for more thorough updates on the status of your order.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, we can offer a partial refund as we can not return the item back to our warehouse.
